Chosen Answer: I also have Fibromyalgia. I have not tried medical marijuana, but so far what has helped me most is a Holistic Chiropractor. At first I was really skeptical but it really helped. Massages help, but only temporarily. I also take Cymbalta, which eases aches and pains a lot.
