Does anyone know of natural pain relief?

I have fibromyalgia and need relief. Also it needs to be legal

    Have you ever tried meditation. Its the best natural pain relief i know. Its very hard to do at first but it becomes easier with time. Also it requires alot of patience. All the best! =)

    Learning to mediate helps greatly – deep meditation can ‘take’ you out of the somatic self to someplace wonderful like places you have been that you would like to return to — via imagery. Also, if you have a diagnosed case of Fibro, request from your doctor an appointment with a neuroscience physical therapist; the advances in that field today are astonishing and everyone with a neuromuscular discorder should be in regular neuro-sci PT routinely. It’s the best preventive possible, and also vastly reduces the costs of drugs, and complications. Good luck!

    Hi- First of all, I’m sorry to hear that you are hurting, i know this condition can be painful. There are a couple of great alternatives that you could check out.     If you are not moving, and using your body and joints on a daily basis, they will all start to hurt. Think about getting into a regular program that will increase full body motion, and i am sure you will feel better.
