Natural childbirth vrs pain relief?

I’m thinking of trying to give birth without pain relief .anybody have any experience with giving birth without pain relief ,any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated ?

Take a birth class that way they’ll teach you breathing exercises and a lot of stuff for pain management.

   I have had four natural births using the Bradley method. It really does work. Ninety percent of those who use the Bradley method do not need pain medication. What makes a tremendous difference is practicing regularly. I practiced daily for over two months.
