Is the pain relief gel Sub-Zero with Cat’s Claw as good as the actual Cat’s Claw?

I am wondering if the Sub-Zero with Cat’s Claw has the same pain relief benefits as the actual Cat’s Claw or if its just a cheap knock-off. It appears to have slightly less menthol and maybe lacks something else too so is it worth it? Or just stick to the real Cat’s Claw, thanx.
