What is the treatment to get relief pain at axle of my leg?

Muscles are made up of many fibers or strands like a rope. Individually some of them may not be relaxing properly causing them to bulk in the middle and be thin on the ends like a knot in a rope.
Molasses and/or bananas contain potassium and magnisium that help relax muscles.
